All about the registration fees for AEMED 2025
All conference participants must register. For each accepted paper, at least one author must complete the registration in order for the paper to be included in the conference program.
Registration must be completed with the payment of the fee. All instructions are available on the REGISTRATION page.

F - European organizations (- 20% for groups of at least 3 people).

Accommodation is not included.
Accompanying person:
All accompanying persons interested in the social activities must be registered by participant (no fee to be paid).
Prices for social events:
• Welcome cocktail: 15 €
• Buffet dinner of 11 june : 50 €
• Excursion: 35 €

Letter of invitation or acceptance:
